What this support include:
Support Connection
Assistance in implementing your NDIS plan by connecting you with the right supports, services, and community opportunities. We help you understand your funded supports and provide ongoing guidance so you can get the most from your plan.
Decision Making, Planning, and Budgeting
Support with daily, weekly, or long-term planning to stay on track with your goals. We provide guidance on decision making, budgeting, and life planning so that important commitments are met and participants feel confident managing responsibilities.
Coordination of Supports
Guidance to strengthen your ability to design, manage, and oversee your supports. We work with you to resolve challenges, build resilience, and link you to broader systems of care and community services.
Life Skill Development
Activities and training to build everyday skills such as cooking, gardening, fitness, self-care, and household tasks. We also encourage participation in creative and wellness-focused activities like music, mindfulness, and social outings — all aimed at boosting confidence and wellbeing.
Transition Support
Assistance with accommodation and tenancy obligations.
Mentoring and peer support to encourage independence.
Crisis and conflict resolution.
